ABOUT
I'm Helen, 10 years ago I joined a gym on a whim and with no clue. Feeling unhappy with my level of fitness, and with an awareness I needed to improve my health in order to keep up with my then 4 year old, I started learning about strength training and healthy nutrition.
A year later I completed the National 3 Peaks Challenge and later finished the London Marathon - two things I never believed I would knock off the bucket list.
Now, following the birth of my youngest as a "geriatric mum", I'm a Personal Trainer with qualifications in pre- and post-natal fitness. My goal is to help others gain confidence in and out of the gym, to future proof their bodies and rediscover what they can do.

THE WHY
STRENGTH
Strength is what makes everything else possible. It's the foundation of moving well, feeling capable, and doing the things you want to do - in and out of the gym.

CONFIDENCE
Confidence grows when you take action - lifting, walking, moving, trying. Every small step builds belief in what you can do.

INDEPENDENCE
Independence means being able to train by yourself, care for those around you, carry your own shopping, and live well in later life. It's strength that lasts.

THE NEXT STEP
If you'd like to feel stronger, move with more confidence, or simply know where to start - I can help.
Together we can find an approach that fits your life and helps you feel confident and capable in your body.
